1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility

To register and use the Jaya platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age. Jaya enforces a strict 18+ policy and will close any account where underage use is identified.
  • You must be a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted on Jaya.
  • You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Jaya employee or contractor.
  • You must not be self-excluded from gambling platforms or subject to any court order restricting gambling activity.

Jaya reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts that cannot verify eligibility will be suspended pending review, and any pending withdrawals will be held until verification is complete.

Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a serious violation of these terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3. Account Registration

Each person may hold only one Jaya account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Jaya uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed. Balances in duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

When registering your Jaya account, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. This information is used for identity verification and for processing withdrawals. Providing false registration information is a violation of these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Jaya account credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. Jaya will never contact you to ask for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Jaya support immediately at [email protected] and change your password.

  • One account per person — duplicate accounts will be closed without notice.
  • Registration information must be accurate and kept up to date.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Jaya account.
  • Jaya may require identity verification documents before processing your first withdrawal.

4. Deposits

Jaya accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited to your Jaya account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Jaya does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

The minimum deposit amount on Jaya is displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. Jaya reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time. Deposits made from payment accounts that do not belong to you are prohibited and will result in account suspension.

  • Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.

  • If a deposit does not reflect in your Jaya balance within 10 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
  • Jaya reserves the right to reverse deposits that are identified as fraudulent or made in violation of these terms.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals on Jaya are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of your funds. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are processed within five minutes for accounts that have completed identity verification.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, Jaya will require you to complete identity verification. This involves submitting a copy of a valid government-issued ID (National ID card or passport) and confirming that the payment account belongs to you. Verification is a one-time process and does not need to be repeated for subsequent withdrawals.

  • Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits.
  • Identity verification is required before the first withdrawal is processed.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Jaya offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, including wagering requirements, time limits, minimum deposit amounts, and eligible games. These specific terms are displayed on the promotion page and take precedence over these general terms where they differ.

The Jaya welcome bonus is available to new members on their first deposit. To qualify, you must opt in to the bonus at the time of making your first deposit. The bonus will not be applied retroactively to deposits made without opting in. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be completed before any winnings generated from bonus play can be withdrawn.

  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings from bonus play are withdrawable after wagering requirements are met.
  • Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified on the promotion page.
  • Jaya reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

  • Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including through multiple accounts or coordinated play — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds.
  • Jaya may require a minimum deposit to activate a bonus. Free bonuses without deposit requirements will be clearly labelled.

Bonus abuse is taken seriously on Jaya. Any account found to be systematically exploiting bonus offers will be permanently closed and all associated balances forfeited.

7. Game Rules

All games available on the Jaya platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and verified. The published RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game reflects the independently verified long-term average payout and is accurate at the time of publication. RTP figures are available on each game's information page.

Game outcomes on Jaya are determined entirely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by Jaya, the game provider, or the player. Jaya does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances. If you believe a game has malfunctioned, stop playing and contact support immediately. Bets placed during a confirmed malfunction may be voided.

  • All game results are final once confirmed by the platform.
  • Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after they have been placed and confirmed.
  • In the event of a technical error that affects a game outcome, Jaya's decision on the resolution is final.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jaya platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent closure with forfeiture of balance:

  • Creating more than one Jaya account for any reason.
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with Jaya games or the platform.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
  • Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Jaya platform.
  • Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
  • Attempting to launder money or use Jaya for any illegal financial activity.
  • Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing Jaya staff or other players.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Jaya platform.

Jaya cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities. Accounts suspected of illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and all associated funds will be frozen pending investigation.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

Jaya reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if Jaya reasonably believes that the account holder has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email and given the opportunity to respond. Jaya will complete its investigation within a reasonable timeframe. If the investigation finds no violation, your account will be reinstated and any withheld withdrawals will be processed. If a violation is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

  • You may close your Jaya account at any time by contacting support at [email protected].
  • Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be paid out to your registered payment method after identity verification.
  • Accounts closed due to violations will not have their balances returned.
  • Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

10. Privacy & Data

Jaya collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at jaya.onl/privacy-policy. By registering on Jaya, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Jaya uses your personal data to verify your identity, process payments, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations. Jaya does not sell your personal data to third parties. 12. Limitation of Liability

Jaya provides its platform on an "as is" basis. Jaya will not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to internet connectivity.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jaya's total liability to any member for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim. Jaya is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

  • Jaya is not responsible for losses caused by a member's failure to follow these terms.
  • Jaya is not liable for losses caused by third-party payment provider errors or delays.
  • Game outcomes determined by certified RNGs are final and Jaya accepts no liability for unfavourable results.

13. Changes to These Terms

Jaya reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated terms will be published at jaya.onl/terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, Jaya will notify registered members by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Jaya platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must stop using Jaya and may request account closure by contacting support.
